Isan Flavor Library the food security project emphasises on the use of local surplus raw materials or unpopular in the monoculture system. By using the knowledge of fermentation to develop a variety of uses and tastes for consumers.
The design uses the illustation (heartshape and fermentating jar) to present the process of preserving food and also the hi-contrast and bright colours scheme to depict the charactor of "Isan" the Northeasten area of Thailand.
